<p>A network management server of a telegraphic device (1) and a network management system of the telegraphic device (1) are provided. The network management server of telegraphic device (1)includes: a Geographic Information System (GIS) database (108) which is set to store the related information of the telegraphic device (1) and the located geographic location thereof in a telegraphic network, pipelines and the related information of the located geographic location of the pipelines connected to the telegraphic device (1) in the telegraphic network and the background geographic information stored in a vector form; and a network topology structure analysis engine (104), which is connected to the GIS database (108) and is set to search the telegraphic device (1) and the pipelines associated with a first telegraphic device and a first pipeline in the GIS database (108), analyze network topology relationships among all of the searched telegraphic devices and the pipelines, and form all of the searched telegraphic devices (1) and the pipelines to a network topology map. Besides managing and maintaining the geographic location information of the pipelines and the telegraphic devices (1), the connecting information of the pipelines and the devices (1) and the functions of the device network topology structure analysis and the device network route analysis are provided.</p> |
