SYSTEM OF MONITORING AND ANALYSIS FOR DIGITAL VIDEO

PURPOSE: A digital image monitoring and analyzing system for offering a retrieval service are provided to quickly examine a reason of the event and the accident by searching the image data and monitor the image data photographed through a monitoring camera. CONSTITUTION: An image transmission unit(20) encodes an analog video transmitted from a monitoring camera(10) and converts a digital image. The image transmission unit compresses the digital image and transmits with the SRTP mode. A monitoring server system(30) supplies the image data to a monitoring center(40) and a client(50). The monitoring server system part offers video data in the database.
