The system has an operational lamp attached at a movable holder, and a camera arranged in a fixed or known and/or recordable position ratio to the operation lamp. The holder includes rotary servo-motors (4) controlled based on a picture signal that is recorded on the camera. Data transmission device transmits data between the servo-motors and the camera, and a control or regulation unit is integrated into the data transmission device.
