METHOD AND BASE STATION FOR SENDING UPLINK SCHEDULING GRANT CONTROL SIGNALING

A method for sending an uplink scheduling grant signaling and a base station, which is used in an advanced long term evolution system (LTE-A).The method comprises: a base station assigns at least one uplink scheduling grant signaling for a user terminal based on the clusters occupied by using non-continuous resource assignation in a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) at a component carrier by the user terminal scheduled, each uplink scheduling grant signaling indicates a cluster or two clusters of the resource assignation occupied by the PUSCH; and the base station assigns a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) for each uplink scheduling grant signaling to send the uplink scheduling grant signaling to the user terminal. It improves the flexibility of resource assignation in the case of multi-clusters, and ensures the credibility of the transmission of the scheduling grant signaling.
