Provided is a configuration including a reference signal generating section (11) that generates a demodulating reference signal using a ZC sequence, and a cyclic shifting section (13) that cyclic-shifts the demodulating reference signal for each of a plurality of antenna ports (19) and orthogonalizes the demodulating reference signals corresponding to the plurality of the antenna ports (19) between the plurality of the antenna ports (19), wherein a plurality of the cyclic-shifted demodulating reference signals are sent to a wireless base station device (eNB) in an uplink through the plurality of the corresponding antenna ports (19).
