The present invention discloses a method for executing multiple component carriers (CC) which are aggregated to transmit, which includes the following steps: the time domain signal of each of the multiple CCs is obtained; the obtained time domain signal is applied multiple certain phase rotations respectively by using the phase rotation value of the phase rotation set, so as to obtain the multiple phase rotation versions of each CC; one of the phase rotation versions of each CC is selected arbitrarily to form multiple candidate sending groups respectively; the amplitude summation of phase rotation version of each candidate sending group is obtained; the candidate sending group which has the minimum amplitude summation is determined; and the multiple phase rotation versions of the determined candidate sending group which has the minimum amplitude summation are sent. The present invention provides a solution which is capable of minimizing the CM/PAPR of the aggregated CC in UL and DL.
