摘要 Disclosed is a lithium-ion secondary battery wherein a carbon material is used as a negative-electrode active material combination agent; circular carbonate and chain carbonate are used as an electrolytic solution; an additive contained in the solvent is a substance wherein the value of LUMO energy calculated by a molecular orbital calculation is lower than the value of LUMO energy calculated by a molecular orbital calculation of ethylene carbonate, and the value of HOMO energy is lower than the value of HOMO energy calculated by a molecular orbital calculation of vinylene carbonate; an electrolyte contained in the electrolytic solution is LiPF6 or LiBF4; a LSV measurement at a potential sweep velocity of 1 mV/s, in which a disk electrode composed of glassy carbon is used as a work electrode, a platinum electrode is used as a counter electrode, and a lithium electrode is used as a reference electrode in the electrolytic solution, shows that the reduction reaction current value is 0.05 mA/cm2 or less at a potential lower than 1 V (if the reduction-side reaction current is negative), and the reduction reaction current value is 0.5 mA/cm2 or more at a potential higher than 5.7 V (if the oxidation-side reaction current is positive).
