The present invention relates to methods of treatment of sex hormone dependent disorders, including genitourinary disorders, infertility and sexual dysfunctions, in which LHRH antagonists are used in combination with PDE V inhibitors. It particulary refers to the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). It further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising LHRH antagonists in combination with PDE V inhibitors for use in the treatment of sex hormone dependent disorders.
