PURPOSE: A transferring guide device, which reduces a failure rate of a product, is provided to improve mechanical precision and to increase an operation speed by reducing transverse vibration when the speed of a guide block rapidly diminishes. CONSTITUTION: A transferring guide device comprises a guide rail(110), a guide block(120) and a plurality of roller bearings(130). The guide block is arranged in the guide rail in order that the guide block can move along the guide rail. The guide block surrounds the top side and both side parts of the guide rail. Guide grooves are formed in the plural location of the guide block. A plurality of roller bearings is rolling-contacted with the top and both side parts of the guide rail.
