REPLACEABLE PROBE DEVICE AND PROBE CARD USING SAME

<p>A replaceable probe device includes an adapter carrying a set of probes and a locating member for holding down the adapter on a center area of a circuit board to form a probe card. The adapter has embedded therein circuit lines that have respective inner ends extended to the center area of the adapter and respectively electrically connected to the probes and respective outer ends extended to the border area of the adapter and respectively vertically conducted to the center area of the circuit board for enabling test signals to be transmitted from the circuit board to the adapter and then through space transformation of the adapter to the probes for testing. When detached the locating member from the circuit board, the adapter and the probes are removed from the circuit board for repair or replacement.</p>
