A torque joint and supporting pin assembly comprises a supporting pin (1), an elastomer (4), rigid movable limiting baffles (3) and rigid fixed limiting baffles (2). The rigid fixed limiting baffles (2) are nested on each end of the supporting pin (1) in position, respectively. The rigid movable limiting baffles (3) are movably nested on the supporting pin (1) and located on the inside of the rigid fixed limiting baffles (2), respectively. The rigid movable limiting baffles (3) and the rigid fixed limiting baffles (2) are overlapped in the axial direction of the supporting pin (1), and the overlapped portions are abutted against each other correspondingly. The elastomer (4) is filled in a chamber formed by the rigid movable limiting baffles (3), the rigid fixed limiting baffles (2) and the supporting pin (1). There is a radial limiting clearance (31) between the inner radius of the rigid movable limiting baffles (3) and the supporting pin (1), which limits the radial elastic deformation of the elastomer (4). Comparing to the prior art, the structure according to the present invention has advantages of preventing the elastomer from overstretching or breaking or falling off, relatively firm configuration and long service life. |
