SWITCHING METHOD AND DEVICE OF SERVING CELLS OF MOBILE TERMINAL

A switching method and device of serving cells of a mobile terminal is provided. The method includes: the number of the switched serving cells of the mobile terminal during a set time interval which is the most adjacent to the current time is determined (301); the switch threshold of the mobile terminal is reduced to less than the set switch threshold when the determined number is larger than a set number threshold(302); the serving cell of the mobile terminal is switched to the neighbor cell when the detected switch indexes of the neighbor cell of the current serving cell of the mobile terminal reach the switch threshold of the mobile terminal(303). Application of the method and device can decrease the dropping rate of switching the serving cell when the mobile terminal is moving with high speed.
