PURPOSE: A method, a lost terminal, and a system for providing a countermeasure service against loss are provided to transmit a loss countermeasure control message, thereby transmitting data around the lost terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(130) includes a message receiving unit(210), a neighbor data obtaining unit(220), and a neighbor data transmitting unit(230). The message receiving unit receives a loss countermeasure control message. The neighbor data obtaining unit obtains data around the terminal based on the loss countermeasure control message. The neighbor data transmitting unit transmits the neighbor data.
