An evaporator (1) with a cold storage function is provided with flat first refrigerant circulation tubes (2), arranged at intervals with the width direction of said tubes orientated in the airflow direction; flat second refrigerant circulation tubes (3), located on the down-stream side of the first refrigerant circulation tubes (2) and arranged at intervals with the width direction of said second refrigerant circulation tubes oriented in the airflow direction; and flat, cold storage medium-filled tubes (4), filled with a cold storage medium (P), and arranged, with the width direction of said filled tubes oriented in the airflow direction, in between two adjacent second refrigerant circulation tubes (3), touching either one of the same. This evaporator (1) with a cold storage function can prevent a drop in cold storage efficiency.
