PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a high purity precious metal powder by plasma process is provided to manufacture minute and uniform precious metal powder by melting raw material after removing foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of a high purity precious metal powder by plasma process comprises next steps. Raw material is inserted to the inside of a chamber through an inlet(S10). The raw material is melt by plasma, and foreign materials are removed from a furnace(S20). Molten metal and plasma is maintained by removing foreign materials suing reductive gas(S30). The molten metal is vaporized by increasing plasma power to make the molten metal powder(S40). The vaporized powder is transferred to a quenching unit and cooled to become high purity powder(S50).
