The heat sink (50) of a drive device (1) has a heat receiving surface (59) which is formed in the rising direction from an end wall (13) in the axis direction of a motor case (10). A power module (60) has a molded section (61) and is disposed along the heat receiving surface (59) of the heat sink (50). A motor wire (27) is led out from the motor case (10) and electrically connects the power module (60) and a coil (26). In the drive device (1), the motor case (10), a control circuit board (40), the heat sink (50), the power module (60) and a power circuit board are arranged in this order in the axis direction. Furthermore, the motor wire (27) is connected to the power module (60) on the further side from the motor case (10) than the molded section (61) in the axis direction.
