The mat has a mechanical pulp board comprising a cover layer at a visible side of the board, where the layer is made of a fine and smooth material. A side of the mat is printed with a paint color i.e. streak (2a) during screen printing, and the paint color is mixed with a viscosity-increasing covering unit. The imprinted paint color comprises a layer thickness of 20 micrometers i.e. 50 micrometers. Coloring and progression of the paint color corresponds to reproducing a union flag and a national flag. The paint color is arranged in an opening (2) at an offset print image of the mat.
