CONSTITUTION: An exercise device comprises: a handle part(10); an elastic member(20) which is connected to one side of the handle at one end and is connected to the other side of the handle; and at least one frame(30) which contains a part of the elastic member. The handle part comprises: a first handle body; a first protrusion connected to one side of the first handle body; and a second protrusion part which is connected to the other side of the first handle body.
