CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE AND CONNECTION METHOD BETWEEN TERMINAL EMPLOYING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A conductive adhesive and a connection method between terminals employing the same are provided to obtain excellent electrical and thermal characteristics and high impact strength and bond strength through physical bond as well as metallurgical bond of low melting point alloy fillers. CONSTITUTION: A connection method between terminals using a conductive adhesive comprises the steps of: mixing carbon nanotube with a conductive adhesive(30) containing a low melting point alloy fillers with electric conductivity and a polymer matrix(34) in which curing is finally completed at the melting point of the low melting point alloy fillers; applying the conductive adhesive between an electronic component(10) and a substrate(20); heating the low melting point alloy fillers; and curing the polymer matrix.
