PURPOSE: A zone base sell / purchase service providing method and a system thereof using a mobile communication terminal are provided to provide all information necessary for product purchase in real time and provide the information about interest products and cost information thereby efficiently buying the products for buyers. CONSTITUTION: A buyer is connected to a zone based sales operating server(100) through buyer interface which a buyer/seller management module(102) provides. The buyer / seller administration module stores the inputted all information from the buyer in a buyer information DB(140). A wire/wireless communication interface module(104) connects the zone based sales operating server to a terminal of the buyer. A buyer terminal detection module(108) detects the mobile communications terminal of the buyer.
