PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing synthetic lumber is provided to prevent slipping through anti-skid granules. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing synthetic lumber comprises: a step of preparing materialsby mixing lumber powder, thermoplastic resin and anti-skid granule to form synthetic lumber composition(S1); a step of heating and cooling the composition and molding(S3); a step of processing scratch to form protruded surface(S4). The composition comprises: 40-60 weight% of lumber powder, 35-45 weight% of thermoplastic resin and 5-15 weight% of anti-skid granule. |
