PURPOSE: A system and a method for mobile payment by using OTP(One Time Password) authentication with customer's media and a recording medium are provided to prevent the inappropriate approval of mobile phone payment by authenticating whether or not a mobile phone user is a valid user. CONSTITUTION: A server receives OTP medium information, and provides a communication company server with the intrinsic information and customer information of a mobile phone. In order to use the mobile phone corresponding to the intrinsic information of the mobile phone as an OTP medium, the server confirms validity(315). If the validity is not confirmed(320), the server provides an OTP registration terminal with OTP medium error information(325).
