PURPOSE: A system for producing nonwoven fabric heating pads is provided to flexibly correspond to a design dimension by controlling a gap between cutters of a straight groove machining device and a curve groove machining device. CONSTITUTION: A system for producing nonwoven fabric heating pads comprises a curved groove machining device(200). The curved groove machining device processes a curved groove for accepting a heating hose on both ends of a heating pad. The curved groove machining device comprises a work table(220), a circular cutter(233), a guide rail(231), and a supporting unit(232). The heating pad is loaded on the work table. The circular cutter moves closely to or apart from the work table. The circular cutter forms the curved groove on the heating pad. The guide rail movably supports the circular cutter. The supporting unit supports the circular cutter in the guide rail.
