PURPOSE: A twist capsule offering the electrical connection of a successive bulk concerning the limited rotation displacement is provided to perform a plurality of circuit connections between components in angular displacement. CONSTITUTION: An internal drum and a tube revolve and are interconnected with each other. Input wires(100) are accepted in the inside drum. Output wires are supported in the tube and are electrically connected to the input wire. The inside drum comprises strip conductive tapes of the strip conductor of the axis direction space of the helix shape. One side end of the tape locates in the inside of the helix. The other end locates in the outside neighborhood of the helix.
