SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SETTLING MOBILE PHONE BY OTP AUTHENTICATION WITH BIOMETRICS AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A system and a method for securing a mobile phone by using OTP(One Time Password) authentication with biometrics and a recording medium thereof are provided to generate OTP generation information by combining a received OTP with terminal-side OTP generation information prepared in a USIM. CONSTITUTION: A storage medium(270) stores the intrinsic information of a mobile phone and OTP medium information including biometric identification information. The storage medium stores terminal-side and server-side OTP generation information prepared in a USIM of a mobile phone(200). A medium authentication unit(240) compares the stored OTP medium information with OTP medium authentication information and authenticates the mobile phone as an OTP medium which generates an OTP. An OTP generation unit(250) generates an OTP based on the server-side generation information.
