PURPOSE: A functional vegetable producing system is provided to reduce the installation cost for the system, and to improve the dissolved oxygen concentration of a nutrient solution. CONSTITUTION: A functional vegetable producing system comprises the following: a housing(10) for storing a nutrient solution; a sprout culturing unit(40) detachably installed on the housing; a nutrient solution supplying unit(60) supplying the nutrient solution to the sprout culturing unit; an ultraviolet irradiation unit(50) irradiating ultraviolet rays to plants inside the sprout culturing unit; and a cap(30) and a body(20) included in the housing.
