摘要

PURPOSE: A jack support messer shield excavating method for changing the planar linearity of tunnel is provided to remarkably reduce the width excavating for installing a horizontal rib in tunnel, to easily change the excavating direction of the tunnel and to enhance the efficiency and the stability of construction. CONSTITUTION: A jack support messer shield excavating method for changing the planar linearity of tunnel is as follows. First excavating is lineraly performed from the initial excavating base of the tunnel entrance to the curved part through a messer plate(200). If being reached the curved part of the tunnel, a second excavating base(A) is installed on the upper part of the curve start point in the tunnel by the spaced assembling of steel ribs(100), in which lifting jacks are installed. The lifting jack is adjusted to minimum height and a free space is formed to an upper rib. The messer plate is inserted into the free space and the height of the lifting jack is adjusted and thus the messer plate is adhered to the upper rib.
