PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to increase data transmission margin by sharing a global input and output line in other memory bank groups. CONSTITUTION: A first input and output pad group(131) and a second input and output pad group(132) are formed with a preset distance. A global input and output line is formed on the middle region of the first and second input and output pad groups and transceives data with the first and second input and output pad groups. A first memory bank group(110) and a second memory bank group(120) are formed on both sides of the first and second input and output pad groups. A multiplexer(140) selects data outputted from a first memory bank group or second memory bank group and outputs the selected data to the global input and output line.
