PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap and Saccharum officinarum extract for skin moisturizing is provided to maintaining constant moisture and to protect cells. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing contains 0.001-10.0 weight% of Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap and 0.001-30.0 weight parts% of Saccharum officinarum extract as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition additionally contains 0.001-30.0 weight% of Thymus quinquecostatus extract. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of skin softener, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, pack, or spray.
