PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for relieving wrinkle using ultrasonic wave are provided to minimize side effects by intervention and to prevent troublesome that probe is moved several times. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for relieving wrinkle using ultrasonic wave comprises: a probe part(110) having a flat probe(112) with a plurality of piezoelectric element arrangements; a pulse generator(120) which generates group pulse; an RF receiver(130) for receiving and amplifying feedback signal from the piezoelectric element; and a controller(140) which controls application of group pulse for anti-wrinkling by determining frequency, power, and delay time.
