PURPOSE: A non-excavation repair apparatus for the conduit of a long range by using a trolley and a packer is provided to easily repair a curve area by moving in a curved section of a sewage pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavation repair apparatus for the conduit of a long range by using a trolley and a packer comprises following steps. A bogie(110) is located in a sewage pipeline. Circular arc-shaped frames(111) of the bogie have curvature corresponding to the inner surface of the sewage pipeline. The frames are longitudinally connected by a connecting member(112). Each frame is turned at a fixed angle. A packer(120), covered with repair material, is prepared. The packer is loaded in the bogie and moved to a repair section. The bogie is separated from the packer in the repair section. The compressed air is injected into the packer and the packer is swelled to be pressed to the inner surface of the sewage pipeline, so the repair material is hardened.
