PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling mobile phone by code combination mode OTP(One Time Password) authentication with biometrics, and a recording medium thereof are provided to transmit OTP medium authentication information to a server of a communication network by configuring the OTP medium authentication information including biometric identification information of a user and the intrinsic information of a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A server allows the provision of a mobile phone payment interface for an OTP(905), and generates an OTP for authenticating mobile phone payment. The server processes the OTP to be outputted through the user mobile phone. The server authenticates OTP validity for the mobile payment(910). If the OTP validity for the mobile phone payment is not authenticated(915), the server transfers payment error information(920). If the OTP validity is authenticated, the server transfers the validity confirmation result.
