PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling mobile phone by multiple authentication mode's OTP(One Time Password) authentication with index exchange, and a recording medium are provided to perform non only a first authentication operation for a mobile phone through OTP medium authentication information but also a second authentication operation for the mobile phone through an OTP whenever an OTP is generated. CONSTITUTION: A server allows a mobile phone payment interface to be provided(805), and generates an OTP for authenticating mobile phone payment. The server outputs the OTP to a user mobile phone. The server receives the OTP from the user terminal and authenticates the OTP validity for the mobile phone payment(810). If the OTP validity for the mobile phone payment is not authenticated(815), the server generates payment error information(820).
