PURPOSE: A mobile terminal authentication method for OTP authentication, a system thereof and a recording medium in order to authenticate whether the mobile terminal is valid are provided to authenticate the human body whether the mobile terminal user is valid. CONSTITUTION: An OTP generating device(250) generates OTP of N digit through configured OTP generation information. An OTP transmitting device(255) transmits the OTP to a mobile phone. An OTP authentication device(260) generates the OTP of N digit through server side OTP generation information and terminal side OTP creation information. The OTP authentication device authenticates the validity of OTP of N digit.
