PURPOSE: A waste oil filtering apparatus is provided to effectively divide pure oil and sludge including moisture in the waste oil. CONSTITUTION: A device housing includes the first pure oil discharge hole(113) and a sludge discharge hole(115). A partition is formed in between the first pure oil discharge hole and the sludge discharge hole. A spin basket(200) includes a hole for sludge discharging(205). The spin basket is arranged in the device housing rotatable. A rotating driving unit(300) revolves the spin basket.
