PURPOSE: A mobile station of a mobile communication system, a device for controlling transmission timing, and a method for controlling transmission timing are provided to determine transmission timing to a wireless base station during handover. CONSTITUTION: A detection unit(12) respectively detects receiving timing of wireless frames of the first and second base stations. An adjusting unit(15) adjusts transmission timing to the first base station. The adjusting unit adjusts transmission timing to the second base station by differences among the adjusted transmission timing to the first base station, the receiving timing to the first base station, and the receiving timing to the second base station.
