METHOD AND APPARATUS OF TRANSMITTING MIDAMBLE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A midamble transmission method in the wireless communication system and a device thereof are provided to apply the transmission power of each frequency partition to a midamble thereby exactly measuring interference level of a serving cell or a neighbor cell. CONSTITUTION: A base station generates midamble sequence about each of plurality of antennas(S100). The base station maps the generated midamble sequence in a plurality of sub carriers in a resource area(S110). The plurality of sub carriers is included in one among frequency partitions. Each different transmission power is applied to the each frequency partition. The base station transmits the mapped midamble sequence to a terminal by the antenna(S120).
