PURPOSE: A method for testing an RF signal of a wireless device is provided to conveniently test the signal without using an additional component for testing performance of the RF signal on a signal line. CONSTITUTION: A series of through-holes is forms on a grounding patterns(131a,133a). Measuring a signal by an RF signal measuring device is conveniently performed through the through-holes. A contact structure of the RF signal measuring device is formed by a pin of spring type, probe structure of a plurality of pin structures, or conductive rubber material. Electrical distance between a signal measuring unit(133) and a grounding short unit(131) on a signal line is defined as a λ/4.
