PURPOSE: A wrist watch having a portable electric fan is provided to enable the supply of cool wind during summer time by the combination between a wrist watch and an electric fan. CONSTITUTION: A wrist watch having a portable electric fan comprises a wrist watch, a fan blade, a support board, a micro motor, and a circular lid. The wrist watch is manufactured of plastic or rubber. The fan blade and the support board are formed of plastic plates or acryl plates. The wrist watch and the electric fan are coupled by the screws. The micro motor is formed in order to rotate the fan blade.
