PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling a mobile phone by multiple authentication mode OTP(One Time Password) authentication with biometrics, and a recording medium thereof are provided to allow a server to transfer the OTP generation information associated with the biometric identification of a user to a mobile phone when authenticating a mobile phone as an OTP medium through first and second authentications. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone outputs a biometric interface for identifying biometric information, and recognizes the biometric information of a user from the biometrics target of a user. According to a preset biometrics method, a mobile phone converts the recognized biometrics information into the biometric identification information corresponding to a preset data structure(510). Through the biometric identification information stored in a USIM, the mobile phone authenticates the validity of the biometric identification.
