SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CREATING OTP BY CODE COMBINATION MODE WITH INDEX EXCHANGE AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE: An OTP generating method of code combining method through index exchange, a system of the same, a recording medium for the same are provided to authenticate whether a mobile phone is a valid medium or not, thereby authenticating whether a mobile phone user is a valid user or not. CONSTITUTION: An OTP transmitting device(255) transmits generated OTP(N-n) to a mobile phone. An OTP authentication device(260) receives N digits of OTP from a user terminal or the mobile phone. The OTP authentication device generates N digits of OTP through OTP(n) generating information and the OTP(N-n) generating information. The OTP authentication device authenticates validity of N digits of OTP. A settlement processing device authenticates a mobile phone settlement according to N digits of OTP validity authentication result.
