377,275. Supporting combination undergarments. STËCKEL, K., 2, Rosenthalgasse, Leipsic, Germany. April 21, 1931, No. 11843. Convention date, July 1, 1930. Drawings to Specification. [Class 141.] A blouse and a pair of knickers are attached together by a sliding clasp fastening, the slider of which can be divided so as to permit of the separation of the two garments. The division of the slider is made in a plane transverse to the plane of the fastening strips ; and the two parts are secured by means on the outer side of the slider. Gaps are left in the interlocking fastenings on the two garments so as to allow of the attachment and separation of the two parts of the slider. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) refers to a slider having hinged parts to permit the desired separation. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. |
