PURPOSE: A paying method by a mobile phone through OTP(One Time Password) authentication of code combination method interlocking with a user medium, a system of the same, and a recording medium for the same are provided to seclude an illegal mobile phone to be authentication by using a mobile phone ad individual information of others. CONSTITUTION: An OTP generating device(250) generates an OTP(N-n) by checking OTP(N-n) generating information related to a user medium. An OTP authentication device(260) receives N digits of an OTP from a user terminal or the mobile phone. The OTP authentication device generates N digits of OTP through OTP(n) generating information and the OTP(N-n). The OTP authentication device authenticates validity of N digits of OTP. An settlement processing device authenticates mobile settlement according to the N digits of an OTP validity authentication result.
