FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is claimed absorbing item of clothes, such as diaper and protective device, which is applied in case of incontinence, claimed item of clothes contains first panel for body, second panel for body and perineal part between them. Item of clothes is provided with opposite, extending in side direction, belt elements, fixed to first body panel and adapted for turning around waist of clothes item wearer and their fastening together by first fastening means. Second panel for body in its belt part is provided with second fastening means, adapted for their fastening to belt elements in such a way that, clothes item will take underpants-like form. Elastic element goes in diametrical direction along belt part of first panel for body and goes into at least part of each belt element. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to improve product's fit. ^ 15 cl, 6 dwg |
