PURPOSE: A pipe coupling device is provided to prevent a steel band from coming off since in connection of a pipe, a pressure member presses tensile members. CONSTITUTION: A pipe coupling device(100) comprises a steel band(110), a pair of tensile members(310a,310b), a plurality of tensile rods(410), a bolt(510) and a sealing member. The tensile members are installed on the outside of the steel band. The tensile member comprises through-holes(314). The tensile rods are connected to the insides of the tensile members. The bolt is fitted to the tensile rod and is fixed by a nut. The sealing member is fixed to the inside of the steel band. Pressure units(210) are formed on both ends of the steel band.
