PURPOSE: A torque measuring instrument for a ramp-type parking device of an actuator drive motor and a measurement method by the same are provided to precisely and automatically measure the torque generated in a head stack in a ramp-type parking device of an actuator drive motor. CONSTITUTION: A torque measuring instrument for a ramp-type parking device of an actuator drive motor comprises a control unit(310), a sensor unit(330), a measurement jig(340), a drive motor unit(350), and a gauge(360). The control unit includes a power supply(320). The sensor unit is connected to the control unit and senses torque. The measurement jig is connected to the control unit and fixes a hard disk. The drive motor unit is connected to the control unit and moves the sensor unit and the measurement jig according to commands of the control unit. The gauge measures the torque detected by the sensor unit.
