A wind-electric power plant includes a stabilizer of current parameters, decelerator and stopper of wind turbine with horizontal axis of rotation, shaft with support wheels for fixation of working blades there. The working blades are arranged as hollow truncated semi-cones with angles of attack ~ 8°, placed between the inner and the outer rims and between spokes of support wheels, at that with the larger openings those are directed to wind flow. |
