METHOD FOR REMEDIATING CONTAMINATED SOIL USING SUBCRITICAL WATER

PURPOSE: A polluted soil purification method using subcritical water, and a purification apparatus thereof are provided to purify non-degradable organic materials and oil at the temperature and pressure condition of the subcritical water. CONSTITUTION: A polluted soil purification apparatus using subcritical water comprises reservoirs(1,2), a reaction container(20), a heating jacket, and a storage tank(10). The reservoirs store water, and soil contaminated with non-degradable organic materials and oil. The reaction container heats the internal space for supplying the soil and the water into 200~370deg C, and includes a coil type pipe way to pass through mediums for cooling the soil and the water.
