FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed filter comprises casing, filtration element, pipe nipple and sleeve parts. Filter casing is made from metal pipe. Filtration element is arranged concentrically inside the casing and represents a metal pipe with outer filtration surface with length 200-300 mm-shorter than that of the casing and gap nozzles. The 2.0-2.5 mm-wide and 200-300 mm-long gap nozzles are arranged parallel to filter axis, staggered and diametrically opposite each other, in amount of 8 or 10 pieces per one metre of filtration element. Tubular annulus between the casing and filtration element makes 10-15 l per one metre of filter length. ^ EFFECT: higher operating efficiency due to increased volume for filtrate and reduced jet speed in filtration. ^ 1 dwg
