A method for revealing of DNA plasmids pXO1 and pXO2 within the bacteria Bacillus anthracis comprises the identification in the studied samples of specific fragments of nucleic acid (DNA) using multiplex polymerase chain reaction variant (PCR). For PCR artificially synthesized Oligonucleotide primers are used with the following nucleotide sequence:For plasmid pXO1 (gene of protective antigene) –OPA1F 5'-TCCAGACCGTGACAATGATG-3'OPA5R4 5'-CACGTTGTAGATTGGAGCCG-3';For plasmid pXO2 (capsule gen) –CPS3F 5'-CACCAACCATCGTCATCG-3'CPS9R 5'-TTATCCTGTTATGCCATTTGAG-3'.
